Flooring Installation

Park Flooring prides itself on quality installation services. Our installers are experienced in every category of flooring that we offer.

Wood
Your product selection and substrate will determine how your wood floor needs to be installed. We are experienced in all methods of installation, which include: nail-down solid and engineered floors, glue-down engineered and solid floors, click-together floating floors, and glue-together floating floors.

Solid site-finished floors are also sanded, sealed, and finished. We use a dust-free sanding system to minimize clean-up.

All wood floor installations meet or exceed the National Wood Floor Association standards.

Laminate
Laminate floors are always clicked together and can be floated over almost any substrate. Some laminate floors come with an attached pad, but most are floated over a foam pad which creates a sound and moisture barrier. Laminate floors always require special moldings where they connect with other flooring.

You can buy your laminate flooring from us and install it yourself, or have one of our experienced installers install the floor for you.

We install all our laminate floors according to the manufacturers’ specifications to insure the integrity of the warranty.

Tile
Installation of tile is the most time intensive installation process. The installers must prepare the subfloor to the manufacturers’ specifications before beginning, to insure the floor is sufficiently stable for the weight of the tiles. There are many phases between preparing the substrate, installing the tile, grouting, and replacing the fixtures.

Our installers are experienced at floor and wall applications, and can create unique backsplashes and shower surrounds.

Good design is a key element in the success of any tile job, so call today to schedule a free consultation with our design specialist.

If you enjoy doing your own home improvement projects, we will work with you to get the tiles, accessories, and grout you need to successfully complete your tile job.
